And She Won... (Poem)

Superior thinking.. They asked for a hand,
Wonder how easily 'he' agreed to it,
Their faces danced, others kept numb,
None could react.. finally agreed,
The flow of money was going to end,
'Her' hand snatched the whole pack,
Couldn't she bear the sale infront,
For her mattered nothing but respect,
Dominance was killed; slap of words followed,
Like father like son.. much shame glowed,
Neither was she a toy.. nor marriage a deal,
Barked she aloud breaking apart relation,
The girl, her family stood with smile,
As shivered beggars walked out empty,
Greed turned down.. self esteem was saved,
Won a relation; dowry lost the game!!

Poem- Happy Doctor's Day.

Oath they take, to help the sufferers, needy ones,
And thus they are respected in tons,
Some are commercial, some are special,
Since with devotion they work for people's survival,
People may curse them if they ever fail somewhere,
Rest remember them as God in their prayer,
Day and night they purely try pouring happiness,
Salute to them for their selflessness,
Their life must be busy, still available for ever.
Thankyou to each and every Doctor!

New Poem- Ride Of My Emotions!

I've been walking with silence since start,
I've let the rain drench me till dark,
I've been crying over who did things wrong,
I've shown no hurt but stood strong,
I've been smiling at someone who let me down,
I've held my head high then and now,
I've been enjoying things quite well,
I've smashed pride which formed their shell,
I've been loving memories, it takes me ahead,
I've accepted shades of black , blue and red,
I've been living my life on melodious tunes,
I've felt emotions.. trying to sing volumes!

Story "Unexpected help gave happiness"

"And there was no one to help, to take her to the hospital, to call the Ambulance, to even cry for her....as the past month, my wife, lost her life due to a severe heart attack." Sniffed the 75 year old Uncle Ram, while sharing his helplessness with a group of 5 more men similar to his age, sitting in a park..
The others could only console him for the loss he had to go through because even they were going through the struggle of the life as they continued to get old. These 6 were the ones who met in the park a week ago and became friends, the ones with same thoughts, facing problems, living all alone in their small house.
"We all are living a similar life where there's no one for us...My daughter who got married 10 years ago, shifted to Abroad...and I live alone, somehow living as a pensioner.." And the other expressed his part with sheer disappointment reflecting on his wrinkled face.

The dusk shone dim and slight breeze made the environment a bit cool..and the aged individuals kept talking and supporting each other by their words.
And a girl, sitting on the bench a meter away, unnoticed to the old group, easily heard their conversation, their thoughts, their problems, and how they actually needed someone to be a supportive factor of their life!
She was hurt for the fact that Uncle Ram and the rest were living a life full of hardships when it was their age to simply rest and stay fine! She couldn't stop herself from gazing at them while packing her books in her bag to leave for her Hostel, near to the park.

- - -

The next day,
The girl, Rina, met her Hostel friends and was having breakfast with them, in the Morning mess.
As the past day event revolved in her mind, she wemt discussing that with her friends.

"You know they were so hurt. I couldn't see their moist eyes." Rina spoke with a dull face.
"So shall we do something? For them? " With questioning eyes, Sara looked at the others.
"Yes! We should. There must be a way, we can help them out!" confidence reflected in Shweta's words.

And they managed to come up with a plan, for which they asked for their friends who happily agreed to them and even their parents supported their good decision.

- - -
On weekend, 6 girls including Rina, Shweta and Sara, went to the old Uncles who were sitting on the bench, sipping Tea.
"Excuse me Uncle." Rina softly spoke to them.
"Yes child?" One of the men asked.
"Uncle, for each one of you, there's an invitation card." Forwarding the cards to each Rina smiled at them.
"Uncle, do come to the Hall, next to this park, tomorrow at 4pm." Continued Shweta.
"But what is this for?" Asked Uncle Anand.
"Please, come. It's a get together. You'll get to know as you arrive!"
The group nodded as they couldn't ignore the hearty pleading by those girls..

- - -
The old group sat on the chairs and smiled looking at the light decoration of the Hall. Not many people were present but the girls and few more filled the Room.

"Uncle. We six are from the same hostel and study in near by XYZ College.. Sorry, but this is not a get together but something different." Announced Sara.
"What is going to happen?" One of the Uncle asked out of tension.
"Don't worry. All this has been done only for you people." Rins gave a hope to them yet making them confused at the same time.

"A day I over heard your conversation about the situation you have to face while living alone. This is something which bothered me and me and my friends came up with something."
They kept listening to Rina carefully as she started.

"We respect you all, we really want to do for you, so that you stay happy, you stay healthy and stress free. We hostel ones want to serve you help by making meals for you daily, helping you in everyday work, and in short living in your house as paying guest. We will pay rent for living in your house and also we will live as your family." Honesty poured from her words...
"And like any emergency you face, we will be with you always just like your daughter or son would do." Shweta genuinely smiled while conveying clearly.

The men looked at each other, totally spell bind, hearing the girls, their help and genuineness which reflected in their eyes.
"Children, I and my friends, we have been living alone for quite years now and when you dearly come to help us, it feels blessed.." Uncle Ram's eyes went teary.
"Uncle, if you feel so, will you give us this chance to do something for you? Which we would have done living with our families...who already gave us the permission for this!" With a hope Shweta asked them.
"We would love to be with you,  you have actually made us feel loved..God bless you all." Their hands raised giving them blessings.
Rina came and wiped the tears which flowed from Uncle's eyes..
The wrinkled faces brightened with overwhelming smiles as the girls hugged them.
This was a blissful moment where the girls decided to spread light in by becoming the helping hands of the ones who were in need of happiness and a good, calm life..

Story "In the dreams now.."

She was gazing at the red velvet wrapped box since ten minutes but her soul was not supporting to open it.. She was pale, lost, too weak but enough strong to collapse on the cold floor of their room. No breeze could get inside until any window was opened, not a particle of word could breathe smile in her until she went into the situation he went hours ago.
The whiteness which was hugging her from top to toes was not of peace but sheer silence of her life since that moment. The shiny eyes were having a glint but filled with pain, the reason behind her shivering self was the cold tragedy god showered on her!

Her curled fingers opened and arm forwarded to unlock the box.. Those fingers, with a fear held the paper and put all strength to unreveal the words scribbled on it.

Hey love,
I don't know how to say, but as you know nothing would be same when you'll have this in your hand! Hmm, finally the day arrived when you're reading the last page of my diary. You knew about my going, you knew my life was till today only, you knew life would take a sharp turn affecting you more, but still you supported me! You've been a blessing in my life, you have filled the hole in my heart with love, but as it was pre planned, so what if that didn't work, that hole became the bitter truth for separating us. I really apologise for leaving you when we had just started our life by knotting in a seven-vowed relationship. Thankyou for making me smile each second. I am short of words. You'll have to live our life alone now... You must be thinking how I am repeating the backstab by life but you can't deny dear! You need to be strong, you need to live the love we shared Ayesha..
Tears will shed and you must be crying, I know you enough but last time, okay? I don't want to watch you weak from heaven. I know you are my strong lady and I'll always be with you. I have loved you, still love you and will be loving you forever. Umm, now  I am going... Don't, just don't miss me, close your eyes and you'll find me embracing you within myself...
Love you,
Your Aryan.

She kept her orbs fixed on the last letters as they were blurry yet dry because of the tears he cried while shutting the diary.. She caressed the blue ink split on the end which was the imprint of the pen, which dropped down while his hands were done with his name.
Silent tears were making their way down her eyes and wetting up the path over the cheeks and dropping on her hands. She locked the box after keeping the letter inside and rested her back against the wall, lifeless. Her throat chocked, seeing his photo, hung on the wall having the wreath on it, she kept weeping while digesting the fact that he was gone and that was meant to be.
His words echoed her ears and she gently shut her eyelids calling his name "Aryan.." with utmost love and pain. Her hands went up touching his face and then feeling his lips on her forehead for a second... The world of her future flashed making her shudder and she found herself all alone after opening her eyes.. She walked towards their cupboard and took out his belongings and felt all that again.. She hugged his shirt close to her and cried, screaming why he left her! She shook the pillow on which he kept his head n slept, and asked why he didn't take her with him. Her heartbeat rose and she exhaled her breaths clenching his things tightly.
She kept repeating "I miss you... Take me.. I... love... you... Aryann.. " till her lips stopped moving, her eyes went dim and she breathed silently getting into a deep slumber where she could find their togetherness , where she could have the courage to smile and only the place he was meant to be living...

Thoughts on...

#SocialIssue #ChildLabour

1- Swipe away labouring from children, let them be a free bird of high aspirations.

2- Not every child, who indulged into child labour yet smiling, is happy.

3- Let innocent life twinkle with dreams and not turn cloudy by child labour.

#SomethingToLookUpon #WomenEmpowerment

1- Don't put barriers on the determined women today,
Support their empowerment, brighten their each day.

2- Need is to enlighten women's life,
Provide a path better, beneficial n wise.

One of the most beautiful relation is Friendship! :)
Why not? It's the only man-made relation...and in which one can stay commited without making any forced promises. <3

Care filled Ship ",

हमसे कहलवाता " I Love You " मेरे यार!

"तन्हा छोड़ गए"

#Peshawar_Attack_Pakistan #December16,2014

A heart-wrenching terrorist attack on an Army School of Pakistan which took lives of the innocent students, the teachers and left their families cry for the vaccum it created in their lifes. It really shook the hearts of people not only of the particular country but other ones too. They weeped, by just looking at the pictures and watching the videos which got viral later...

Coudn't resist writing a poem on the deadliest attack happened that day!

#Uttarakhand_Tragedy #June16,2013

This poem is referred to the clouds, which rained so heavily that it didn't spare the lives of thousands!
Here, asking the clouds few bitter questions as if they could hear us and next time they do not cause the pain which killed breaths of many!

Getting it started...

As many individuals indulge themselves in writing, expressing their feelings, thoughts, here, I, Sakshi Shah, of Jabalpur city in Madhya Pradesh, a college student, starts with my blogging today. Getting started...my hobby, my passion.. writing poems, poetry, short quotes, at times stories; combining the beautiful letters and words n creating castles with my imagination, expressing what I love, what I wish, what I feel...

One small creation which I penned, sharing the piece..

"Smile Till Eternity"

A smile when beams through the sheath of pain,
Pours freshness just like does any soothing rain,

Drops trickle away the heavy tears,
Washes away the heap of quivering fear,

Crystals twinkle, clearing the fine twilight,
Heals the path so you walk over just bright,

So dim the weeps, to stay simply glowing,
Cease the suffering, let the lips, keep smiling!
